Strangely enough, so am I. I am going to saute them in butter with just a touch of smoked garlic, add a little sherry and then cream - cook them down until the sauce is quite thick and then onto buttered toast - yum ...

They are around - you have to know where to look - I suggest at the woody edge of a field - you might find wood or field blewits.  Sorry, I don't mean to teach my grandmother how to suck eggs ...
