spiced pearsWe have a few pears on the tree that haven't been attacked by the wasps and I fancy making some spiced pears to go with the Christmas (am I allowed to say the 'C' word yet...?) cheese board.
They are the type that are as hard as bullets.
Does anyone have a good, spicey (hot) recipe please for whole preserved pears.
We once had a jar of mustard fruits that we were given and I'd love something along those lines.
