Vanilla ice cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1 300ml. tub double cream
- 1/3 jar honey
- 1 teaspoon REAL vanilla essence (not vanilla flavouring).
- Whizz all the ingredients together in a liquidiser.
- Pour into an ice cream maker.
- Allow to chill.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, just put it into a container in the freezer. The texture won't be quite the same, but it will still be delicious.
