Wild ducks

Hello again,

Now this time, a friend of the man from yesterday came down this afternoon asking if I would eat wild ducks, so said yes and here it is:

Does anyone have a few recipes in mind for them ?


This one worked well with the wild duck we eat. Although I think I dipped it in boiling water briefly first.

Confit de canard, unbeatable! (If not a little on the unhealthy side!)

dont spoil them,

just stick em in the oven to roast and serve with brussels...mmmmm.

Obviously, dont overdo the teal!

I havent eaten widgeon, have no idea if thats because it tastes like pants as it lives more on the shoreline, please let me know.
