We do something completely unleaven in case you have no yeast

Some plain flour (about 200g makes a sensible number for 2-4 people)
salt
pepper
ground cumin
ground coriander

to taste

Add enough water to make a dough that isn't sticky

again pince of small pieces

roll out flat

put in a dry hot pan and cook untill it looks done
