I am having trouble identifying beetles, bugs, etc from the only book I've got which is a Collins Guide, quite old.
I have plenty of books on butterflies and other fauna, but I would like a simple, not too technical guide to British beetles and other invertebrates.
Can anyone help?

Hi Lowri

Such an individual thing as we all find different formats work - however I am pleased with this:

Insects of Britain and Western Europe, Michael Chinery, Domino Guides, A+C Black, London - ISBN 9780713672398

Small, good division of categories and super colour illustrations. About 14.99 when I bought it.
