It is a brilliant weekend.
Don't miss it if at all possible.

He appears to be known as 'Flat-Bread Gareth' nowadays. Presumably to differentiate him from other and inferior Gareths who might be lurking around.

will there be...................................................chickpeas? If so please don't let Sean decide on how many to soak

Joking aside - I will be trying to come to this - I might even be able to persuade the boy from bromley that he does want to spend a weekend away with a bunch of internet hippy squirrel-eating weirdo's as opposed to just weirdo's

Drain a tin of butter beans (or cook and drain) keeping the liquid. Add Garlic paste , lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste .. and blend or mash. Add a little of the liquid to make a softer spread. Serve on crispbread or with salad. Nicer next day when flavours have matured. Dont tell anyone you have made it cos you might want to eat it all yourself
