I've just replaced the door rope on my Highlander 5, and now the door won't seal properly as there is a tiny gap all the way round.
The original rope was quite robust with a central core running through it, but the stuff I was given doesn't have that . I got it from the same place where we bought the logburner, and when I phoned to query it, he said it was all they had.
Any suugestions as to where I can buy the better stuff??

Think I've solved my probelm! I need to use glass rope lagging which has a central core and is far more robust. Found a supplier in the south of England
