Has anyone any experience with these, does the nanny produce milk in any quantity?
How much space do they need?
Thanks.

mum used to breed them they are much the same as sheep they produce milk for the offspring then dry up. non starters for milk production.
they need shelter as goats do not like wind, rain etc fencing has to be secure they get through any small gaps !!!
did i mention she no longer keeps they
she only breeds dairy goats now !!

I didn't find that they dried up any quicker than their bigger cousins. They didn't produce as much milk though, obviously.
Be warned, when pygmies escape they're much harder to catch again!

I second that.
A friend was given two & they managed to climb onto the roof of their two storey cottage.
Get some nice big dopey dairy goats instead.
