She has posted on FB that she cannot access DS since changing her email address on here. She is just getting a blank page. Ipad and mobile borwsers, both up to date. I've said I'll relay back any suggestions tonight

Clearing the cache is usually the first thing to try.

I've reactivated her account. If you need to change your email address get an admin to do it otherwise this happens 'cos the forum software doesn't like it.

Thank you Sean I reset email as on a couple of threads I have clicked the "watch this topic for replies" but not receive a single email so wondered if it was the address I was using.
