My gmail messages have stopped loading properly on my tablet.. Pirate's load ok. However they load ok on my laptop. I checked my Google account and the tablet is on the list for being ok with Gmail... My brother will try and sort it next time he visits....but if anyone has any ideas it would be a great help

first thing I would consider was if the gmail app needed updating

I wondered that..it is a mystery why it loads his and not mine..looked in the settings and nothing obvious there. At least I can access my emails elsewhere. Looked at the app store it said updated May 22...so I have the latest and it's working for him ok but not loading my emails. Brother did suggest re installation, but he won't do that remotely!

An un-install and re-install of the Gmail app may sort your issue. It's worked for me before today.

That is good to hear. Sgt. C! Brother doesn't trust me to do this without screwing up..neither do I...been there done that before ðŸ˜„ I don't want to risk losing stuff.

You aren't going to lose anything by uninstalling an app. Everything's on google's servers, the app just lets you access it.

I'm sure you'll be fine GZ. Like Sean has said, the Gmail stuff stays sat on their servers. So like your laptop and phone messages would always be in sync.
