Construction industry would lobby against roofs if they could get away with it.

Round here there has been a stop to some building because of nutrient build up in the local harbours. In the past there was one until the sewers were improved. That was led by a local doctor. As the company that deals with out sewage has already been fined vast amounts of money for dumping, that could be the next sticking point.

I would think changing the socket on the end of the cable is relatively easy so claiming that as an excuse it pretty poor.

Changing the socket would be easy...I have been talking to Waerloga(brother) about that...the talk of not being suitable for foreign cars is rubbish! There is an international standard....his Nissan EV van was made in Japan...
