i ordered some fish in a jar, expected delivery november

it seems about right, the catch is seasonal and it takes a while to smoke it and pop it in a jar of olive oil

pre order is good for such things

last yule was a bit tense, and more expensive for this delicacy

Alema, they do have other yummy stuff , but their smoked blue fin in splendid oil is worth waiting for

stuff stuffing a turkey(or whatever)

buy early , cater easy
