Can we feed cows milk to piglets!!! one of our first time sows had 8 piglets 2 days ago, she doesn't appear to have too much milk and isn't very interested in them, this morning we have found that she has killed 4 and is aggressive to the rest. we have taken them away from her but they are starving. some one please help

I have no idea about pigs but a quick google shows this article: https://www.thepigsite.com/backroom/155/hand-rearing-a-piglet

It suggests not, can you get what they call a "a proprietary sows milk replacer"?

Good luck.

We had a first time breeder that was being a bit aggressive towards her piglets and we were advised to give her a few pints of beer as a bit of a sedative and it worked .
Best of Luck

The link I gave does give a recipe to use if all you have is cows milk, better than nothing.

Now for a stupid question, can you milk a pig? Even just a little to help the piglets?

use babies milk. The sow probably wont appear to the eye to have much milk until another week maybe but there will be milk there, give her a few pints to settle her down and leave them to it is probably best.
