Banana, honey & chocolate cake about to come out of the oven.

We made two little ones for testing...well more to stop us being tempted by the bigger one, really

Count the OH and I in on that one please! We have managed to get a WHOLE day off work for him tomorrow so will be arriving at a civilised time ............enough to put our tent up and have fish and chips after! Woohoo!

I won't be bringing any Brownies. Dropped them on the worktop when transferring to the wire rack, and there is choc sludge all over the place. They were underdone.

My offerings will be fruity flapjacks (about to make them) so I don't have to worry about floppy sponges.
I have this fantasy about diving naked into a mountain of cakes......

Sorry should have said I'm Nicky (Tims still asleep) I would imagine his fantasy is as above but substitute a beer pond for the cake mountain

I made a choc cake for the family a few days ago and since only 2 slices have been eaten I thought I'd chuck the tin in the back of the car

what was going to be gnomes footsteps is now an interesting basin sort of pudding, due to me buying cream that won't whip.I'm sure it will taste good, it just looks like a giant cowpat, sorry
