OK guys, I am sick of tastless varieties such as sub artic and alicante wasn`t much better ! Gardeners delight any good ? I will have them in a plastic type greenhouse when things start to get sunnier, but for the foreseeable future they will reside indoors.

Well, Alicante are notoriously tasteless.
I'm hoping Gardeners Delight are good, cos I've bought a packet of seeds, and aiming to grow them indoors on a sunny windowsill.

Boo9er, I`ll just go and rip out the ones I planted yesterday then

Got some GD free from the BBC`s dig in last year so I will replace them

Gardener's Delight are lovely - and about the only tomato that ever ripens reliably outdoors here. They can be a bit sharp if they are short of sun, but the flavour is very good IMO.

Going by the name alone, I would have though Ailsa Craig would have been OK.
