Hello everyone! I'm Anna, Matt's other half, and chutney maker. I'm wondering if the plums might make a nice fruit vinegar too. This looks like a great site, I look forward to making use of the endless information on it. And who couldn't like a lap bantam called Freddie? Thanks for the welcome!

The cherry plums will also make a good alternative to sloe gin. Same method, different fruit. And welcome to Downsizer !

I had a lap hen called Toes. A very small Faverolle with too many toes.
