Looked like a young bird, South of Ae Forest in Dumfriesshire
I can't be 100% certain,but I think it had fairly well feathered legs |

Can't see from the pictures, but did it have a forked tail. If not, could be buzzard, if it did, red kite. |

Don't think so, tail looks a bit too short and body too deep, I would still,stick with Buzzard |
