They are wine grapes but I'll admit I only got round to pressing them one year ... 2004 as I recall. Nowadays they just attract the hornets who get all dizzy and silly and normally end up in the house ...

So far I have 36 garlic plants (in the snow), a very hefty parsley plant (in the snow) which I grew from seed last winter in Scotland and lots of Rosemary Bay and Thyme (in the snow)

Yeah, I could do Devon for a year. But be warned, it's bloody cold here in Limousin in winter. Minus 8 forecast for next week. You need some wood in! ...

I put some garlic in in November. It's doing well but the snow hasn't hit us yet. Little Lucy Locket put some in a bin with a cover on so hers should be ok. I will report back on which do best.
