Jeeze, 2 litres of milk for 250g of cheese.

This is why cheese, especially paneer, is so expensive.

Looks worth a try!
I find most flapjack recipes behave even better with the addition of a very small amount of cold water.
Any suggestions why?

Might be the same as adding some flour here. Water ...
