6 oz icing sugar
9 oz ground almonds
Almond essence.
Whip the egg whites until stiff, then fold them into the sugar and almonds with the essence.

The boy wants to make paneer curry. He's quite adamant he he can find a recipe by asking google. I thought here would be a better bet. (It's the paneer we require help with rather than curry per se)
