Mulling things is wrong. If they're any good it ruins them and if they're rubbish then you just end up with a nasty hot drink.

There I would have to disagree, everything has its place and mulled wine on xmas eve is a very nice place

I was never that keen on mulled wine but mulled cider is lovely
