Shot by experts who do it for a living, then sold for food, why not? They have been artificially introduced, are a legitimate food source.

Something needs to replace all the horsemeat. Can't see why not frankly, an ecosystem is more than 'mammals that have cuddly babies'. We've removed all the apex predators, if we want biodiversity lower down the food pyramid then culling is the way to go.

Stuffed badgers are a delicacy and hollowed out badgers have a multitude of uses. Drinking troughs for cattle as an example..

badger recipies are quite widespread judging by google but im still unsure if culling em is sensible . plenty of venison then a steady supply is ok by me there do seem to lot even within a mile of york city centre

Yup, certainly here. We see a group of three passing the house every day, and a couple of weeks ago there were five at once.
