the time has come i was told by my long suffering wife that we need a shop to produce our products....................

So on the 15th dec we should be opening

Parkers
(home of ParkersPreserves)

Great Local food Shop

We have sourced lots of great tasting food produced within Lancashire by small buisness's who have agreed to supply us in the shop

We now have the rear of the shop to produce our chutneys pickles , sauces and my wife can have her house back after 3 years of me cooking 5 days a week in the kitchen

We've had mixed feedback from friends saying great go for it to you must be mad in this economic climate

any of your views would be appreiciated

cheers
brian & sandra

Erm, are you going to tell us where it is? Whether ort not it's a good idea in the current economic climate I have no idea I'm afraid, but I wish you lots of success.

Good luck Brian. It's not a bad time to be looking at shops, landlords are mostly in pretty tricky situations, much more open to short lets and other types of deal

What else will you be selling? We have our own pickles from our own allotment produce, but always interested in visiting small shops selling local stuff. We're in south Manchester, not too far to pay you a visit one day!

Very best of luck with the project.
